  • Studio Penny is a stationery shop specializing in beautifully designed digital designs for life's special moments. From invitations to greeting cards and custom designs, we're here to help you celebrate every chapter.

  • Yes! Many of our products are available as either:

    • Digital Templates – Instant downloads you can print yourself.

    • Printed Products – Professionally printed and shipped directly to you.

  • A digital download is a file you receive electronically after purchase. No physical product will be shipped.

    Depending on the product, you'll receive either:

    • JPG

    • Editable template (where applicable)

  • Once your design has been finalized and payment has been made. Your design will be sent via email within 15-20 minutes of payment.

  • Yes! We'd love to create something unique for you.

  • Most custom projects are completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and response times during the proofing process. You will always get your first mock up within 3-5 days of requesting it.

  • At this time we do not have the licensing for any major companies, tv shows or movies.

  • Processing times vary by product, but most printed orders ship within 3–7 business days after your order is finalized.

    Shipping times will depend on your selected shipping method and destination.

  • Yes, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

  • Because digital products cannot be returned, all digital sales are final.

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect printed product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
