Who is Penny?

Studio Penny was inspired by my cat, Penny. The unofficial creative director behind every design I create. If you've ever worked with a cat nearby, you know they're never far from the action. Whether she's sprawled across my keyboard, rolling around on my notebook, or meowing her opinions about my latest design choice (and yes, she really does), Penny has become a constant part of my creative process.

What started as designing invitations, cards, and stationery for family and friends soon grew into something bigger. After creating all of the stationery for my own wedding, with Penny faithfully supervising every step of the way, I realized I wanted to share my designs and creativity with others.
